Everything in the free library is given away free, as is, with no warranty of any kind. You use it entirely at your own risk. Test it before using it with real data, money or customers. Each tool's licence is in its GitHub repository.
No responsibility for results
I am not responsible for any loss, damage, lost data, costs or other consequences of using the free tools, the savings calculator or anything else on this site.
Savings figures are examples
The savings example and calculator show rough estimates, not a promise. Real results depend on your business.
Other services
Tools may rely on other services, such as AI models like Claude, Gemini or ChatGPT, or automation tools like n8n. Those services have their own terms and prices. You are responsible for your own accounts, keys and costs there.

Paid work
Who you deal with
Paid work is done and invoiced by Crowd Invest Ltd, trading as Sergey Bugaeff, a company registered in England and Wales, company no. 12475000. In this section, "I" and "me" mean that company.
Who it is for
Paid work is for businesses and people acting for their business.
How work is agreed
Every paid project is agreed in writing before work starts: what I will do, the price, the timing and what counts as done. That written agreement and these terms are the whole deal. If they differ, the written agreement wins. These terms can change; a project follows the version in place when it was agreed.
Payment
You pay by invoice, in the invoice currency, at bugaeff.com/pay. Work may pause while an invoice is overdue. Work already done is not refunded. If a project stops early, you pay for the work done up to that point.
Results
I do the work with reasonable skill and care. AI and automation are powerful, but not perfect: check important results before you rely on them. I do not promise a specific business result, saving or income unless the written agreement says so.
Services I do not control
My work runs on services I do not own or control: AI models like Claude, Gemini or ChatGPT, Google, Microsoft, email providers, banks and payment providers, hosting and servers, and the apps you already use. Their owners can change how they work, their features, prices, limits or terms, or switch something off, at any time and without asking me. Such changes, outages and decisions are not a failure on my part and not a breach of our agreement. If a change means the work needs updating, that is new work, agreed and paid separately. You pay for your own accounts and usage on those services.
Things outside my control
I am not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside my reasonable control, such as outages, cyber attacks, changes by other services, or waiting for what I need from you (access, data, answers).
Your side
You make sure you have the right to give me access to your accounts and data, and you keep your own backups.
Limits of liability
My total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project. I am not liable for lost profits, revenue, business, savings or data, or for any indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for fraud.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts decide any dispute.
